I would really like to try the version of this recipe using the jalapeno jelly at my next Mexican themed party! We have an I'll probably look for a Mexican cheese that is similar to an asiago or a romano. I love how easy the instructions are to assemble this thing, the author really takes you step by step through it all.

for some reason, my words didn't show up again, I was saying "we have an amazing hispanic deli right in our neighborhood."

This sun-shape is really amazing. It's a great way to get reluctant kids to the table on mornings. The pictures make the recipe easy to follow also. Without them, I doubt I'd be able to understand exactly how to cut and fold the dough. A tuna filling would be nice too, or even grape jelly. With different filling options, you could have a sun for breakfast every day of the week!

I'm always looking for ways to bright up my day. I agree with changing food from boring to appetizing through its presentation. It is also a chance to be creative and make cooking less of a chore. Cooking is more of a hobby for me than feeding people. I like to be creative when I cook and make something special. This crescent sun bread is a nifty idea.
