I've never made a banana bread mix before, but it seems like a great gift idea.

What a wonderfully clever idea both as a gift and as a huge time saver for the holidays or anytime for that matter. Banana bread is my favorite and I just love the idea of using banana chips! Bananas never last long in my home or they go bad and I'm pretty sure many people experience that problem as well. Using banana chips is a brilliant way to eliminate that problem!
