We tried this over the weekend and the children loved them! It was a bit fiddly to make as far as I was concerned but I am always up for a challenge and, yes, it was worth the effort! The flavors in the filling were very yummy and the crispy tacos were heavenly. I will definitely make this recipe again but next time I will have a glass of wine handy, lol!
