Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  1. Dice and sautee the onion until soft.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the meatballs except the olive oil. Mix well. Use a 1-1/2 Tablespoon scoop to portion out meat mixture and form into balls.
