Entrana - Argentinian Skirt Steak
"In Argentina, it’s called Entrana; in North America, we call it Skirt Steak. Either way, it is an amazing cut of beef! Characteristics of this cut are that they are long, flat, and wonderfully flavorful. Often times they can be up to 20-24 inches long, although it is usually only about 4 inches across. It is a thinner cut of beef, which makes it perfect for a quick cook on the grill! Served with a homemade chimichurri sauce, you will think you are dining with the gauchos!"
