Ingredients

  • 31 ounces Refried Beans
  • 1 ounce Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 3 cups Guacamole
  • 1 pound Sour Cream
  • 16 ounces salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 1/4 ounces Sliced Olives
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  1. In a medium pot on the stovetop over medium-low heat, mix refried beans and taco seasoning mix. Pour into the bottom of a 3-5 quart glass container or 9×13 casserole dish. Allow to cool.

  2. Create layers in order of ingredients: guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, tomatoes, olives and cilantro/shredded lettuce.
