"You're going to love this short-cut method for preparing a delicious batch of homemade granola! This 10-Minute Peanut Butter Skillet Granola is salty, sweet, crunchy, delicious, and FAST. I don’t have time to worry about baking granola in the oven (and trying not to burn it), so the 10-minute skillet method is the way to go. If you love peanut butter cookies, you’ll love this granola. Try it on top of vanilla Greek yogurt, sprinkle it on top of a smoothie, mix it with trail mix, or grab it by the handful. Believe me -- it disappears fast!"

YUM! This 10-Minute Peanut Butter Skillet Granola is a perfect snack. It is salty and sweet, crunchy and tasty. I love peanut butter in anything so it's perfect for me. The recipe is so easy to follow and prepare, love that it's made in a skillet instead of baking in the oven. This recipe is a winner for your snacking needs, oh yeh, it's great for breakfast too.

I'm excited to test this out for weekday breakfasts when I'm in need of something quick.

Granola is one of my favorite snacks, and this easy-to-make peanut butter version looks especially yummy. I enjoy stirring some granola into yogurt in the morning and this would be a delicious version to try. This is going into the granola recipe rotation for sure. I'm wondering how this might work if almonds and almond butter were used instead. Anyone ever try that version?
