I have never made stuffed peppers, but this casserole looks like the perfect recipe to start! So easy to follow, and such a short ingredient list. I am looking for more budget friendly recipes that are also different from the foods we normally eat in my house. We are all tired of the same handful of recipes all the time, so this would be a great change.

I love making stuffed peppers like these! They're so simple and SO delicious. Maybe I'll make some for dinner tonight.

I haven't made stuffed peppers in ages. I don't know why, because I really like them. This recipe seems really easy, and just reading the ingredients is making my mouth water. I guess the logical thin to do is make this Easy Stuffed Pepper Casserole someday soon.
