"Love cheesy tasting cauliflower, but want to skip the dairy? This recipe is a snap to do. Just toss a few ingredients together and put them in the oven for a soft cauliflower that creamy and “cheesy” on the outside. For this recipe, I substituted nutritional yeast for the parmesan cheese I would have normally used.
