  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • milk, as needed
  • butter, as needed
  • jam, for serving


  1. Add egg and baking powder to mashed potatoes.
  2. Add milk until mixture is the same consistency as pancake batter. Fry in butter.
  3. Serve with butter and jam.
