"There's something about snacking on a delicious treat that's also wholesome. These yummy bites only have six ingredients and are loaded with nutrients. From the dark chocolate to the lentils. Yep, lentils! You may be surprised at some of the ingredients, but don't fret - they all mesh well together and are SO tasty. The coconut, pistachios.. all wrapped together with dark chocolate. You'll be surprisingly pleased at these little bites. A great thing to take with you on the go!"

  • 1 cup high quality dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons split peas or red lentils
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon raw unsweetened coconut

These sound so delicious! I love energy balls but have never tried this taste combination before! I love dark chocolate and the sweetness of the cranberries with the salty nuts are so good! I was surprised to read that there are lentils in these, but what a great way to boost the fiber and protein! This would make great snacks for at work or school or while hiking or skiing!
