Oven Roasted Parsley Potatoes
"I’ve been making Parsley Potatoes for years using canned potatoes. They pale in comparison to Oven Roasted Parsley Potatoes. Red Potatoes are tossed in a mixture of butter, diced onion and garlic, then roasted in a cast iron skillet or baking dish. The interior of the roasted red potato has an almost creamy texture. The outside of the potato that’s been basking in butter and seasonings becomes golden, like browned butter golden. What an incredible combination of textures and flavor. You can add a little twist to the potatoes by grating Parmesan cheese over the top when they come out of the oven. Oven Baked Parsley Potatoes are easy, delicious and give you a whole lot of bang for your buck, you’ll be making them often, Enjoy! "
