Mushroom Moments
Mushroom Moments

"This mushroom dish goes best with the Dads' Char Grilled Steak. The first and foremost important thing about a barbecue is the barbecue buddy (or dad). This is where friends come together, mess around, create recipes and make memorable moments. I'm a cook and I know nothing about making fires outside and creating lots of flames which is why I need barbecue buddy. My friend's husband is my barbecue buddy. My friend and I were in the kitchen - kitchen buddies - creating and making extras to go with all that good meat and we came up with this mushroom moments recipe."
