Scallop Bubbly Bake
Ingredients
- Clean 1 lb scallops and season with salt.
Instructions
Melt 2 tbsp butter in fry pan, and add: 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup mushrooms 3/4 cup green pepper. Saute 10 minutes, until half cooked. Make medium cream sauce with 2 tbsp butter 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp salt 2 cup milk Add scallops and vegetables. Combine and put in 1.5 quart casserole. Top with 2 tbsp buttered bread crumbs. Bake 375F for 20 min.
