Tomato and Whisky Sauce
Ingredients
- 900 grams tomatoes
- 6 tablespoons whisky
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Chop the tomatoes and place in a saucepan with the other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve as an accompaniment to meats or other savoury dishes.
