This recipe seems very similar to a green vinaigrette dressing that I made before, with lemon in place of the red wine vinegar. But whatever you call it, this stuff makes a great spread for lunch wraps - I like it with turkey from the deli, provolone cheese, and fresh roma tomatoes! But I have basil growing right now in the garden, so I can't resist adding some of that with the spinach. It makes for a simple and quick cold pasta salad too!
