I am absolutely in awe of this Mushroom Bolognese recipe. I've made Beef Bolognese, but this is such a wonderful alternative. It is quick and easy to make, full of fresh flavor of mushrooms, and pairs perfectly with a variety of different pastas. I made it with the beef ravioli as specified in the recipe, but I can see it being served with tortellini as well. If you are looking for a great "out of the ordinary" pasta dish, be of good cheer, you have found it.
