The Famous Sardine Sandwich From Spain

"This Spanish sardine sandwich, known as “bocadillo de sardinas,” is what Mediterranean food is all about. We’re talking a ton of great flavors, simple everyday ingredients, and done in a little over 10 minutes. Serve it next to some marinated olives and a couple of ice-cold beers for the best moment in your day. To make this sandwich, I used Spanish canned sardines in olive oil. You can use any type of canned sardines you like. But I tell you, make sure to use the good stuff here, as it makes all the difference in this sandwich."
