Made from left over brisket, this Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese recipe has given the simple grilled cheese a different appeal and flavor. Grilled cheese becomes more exciting by adding meat to the sandwich making it more appealing and tasty. Can't wait to do this recipe for the kids. Hmmmmm.

I love grilled cheese sandwiches that use combinations of cheese, and this sounds very inviting. The idea of using smoked beef brisket just makes my mouth water. My son just bought a smoker, and we may well give it a try when he gets back in town. This would be a wonderful way to test it out. I'm curious what BBQ sauce the recipe writer uses? I have a few favorites and I'm looking forward to giving them a try.

Delicious! In fact this sandwich is so good that last weekend, when we had brisket for dinner, we cooked an extra large piece of meat especially so that there would be some left over for sandwiches the next day. We do not have Monterey Jack cheese in South Africa so have to be a little inventive and we used fresh garlic instead of powdered. The sandwiches are very good indeed, I am sure your family will love them just as much as mine.

Three different types of cheeses along with beef brisket makes this an awesome sandwich. I love grilled cheese sandwiches with meat, but I had never tried three types of cheese combined with meat. I love the seasonings added to the buttered bread. Why have I never thought of that? So many BBQ places popping up so easy to stop and pick up some brisket if you don't have any at home.
