Slow Cooker Reuben Sandwich

A Reuben on marble rye bread is a classic sandwich. Next time you're in the mood for one, try this Slow Cooker Reuben Sandwich for an especially tasty version of this old favorite. The corned beef, seasoned with a coriander and black pepper rub, the homemade Russian dressing, and fresh coleslaw put this Rueben recipe a step above the others. These sandwiches will be a big hit with the family. The homemade coleslaw is so good you may want to use it on its own as a side dish in the future.

These look really inviting. I love Reuben sandwiches, and the way this is made is a new version that I'd like to try. I normally use sauerkraut rather than coleslaw (though I've been known to use coleslaw as a condiment for both hamburgers and hot dogs) and I want to give the homemade Russian dressing a try as well. I like the cooking directions for the slow cooker corned beef, and I definitely want to use that method the next time we cook corned beef.
