Slow Cooker McRib Sandwiches

"Slow Cooker McRib Sandwiches with an amazing baby back rib meat topped with the classic McDonald's bbq sauce, onions and pickles. Slow Cooker McRib Sandwiches are the best of both worlds. If what you’re hoping for is the actual patty flavor, Serious Eats has a pretty in depth copycat recipe. For me the idea I was getting ribs was exciting even if the patty was always a bit of a letdown. Read more at: Slow Cooker McRib Sandwiches"

This Slow Cooker McRib Sandwiches recipe is absolutely terrific. The ease of cooking the ribs in the slow cooker, and the flavor of the BBQ sauce (which is the key to the whole thing) really brings it all together. The ability to have McRib sandwiches at home, made with real tender juicy ribs has my family jumping for joy.

A McRib sandwich...yum, yum, yum what a delectable looking sandwich. I have to have one of these. I agree that the rib patties are a let down. I would rather have a burger with real rib meat on it. That MdD's Bbq sauce is yummy too. I like the way the ribs are cooked in the slow cooker as the meat will come off the bone so easily when cooked this way.
