I love sausage and peppers and this sandwich just looks incredibly inviting and tasty. The choice of the garlic and gruyere sausage is one I would have made too, but there are a number of other flavors that would work equally well. The Aidelle Spinach Feta variety would also be splendid for use in this sandwich. I think the choice of mozzarella is perfect for this, and I'm in the mood to grill up some sausages and give this a try.
