This looks like an easy and delicious recipe! My daughter was home on college break last month and she was craving a French Dip sandwich. I wish I had seen this back then! I a wondering where to find liquid smoke at the grocery store? Is it with the marinades usually?

This sounds so delicious! I've always loved French Dips, and I can't wait to try this recipe. I use liquid smoke and Worcestershire in a bbq recipe, so I know that combo is delicious. Does using beef broth instead of chicken broth change the flavor dramatically? I always have chicken broth on hand, but don't usually have any beef broth.
