This vinaigrette sounds absolutely awesome. I can only imagine how good it will taste. I believe that a salad is not just that, the dressing makes it. It actually doesn't matter what is in your salad but the dressing must be good. I prefer vinaigrette's to creamy dressing and am always looking for good recipes. Thanks for this!
