Cucumber Salad with Grapes and Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 cups grapes
- 2 cups baby cucumbers
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- For the Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup strawberry greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- salt to taste
Cucumber Salad with Grapes and Poppy Seed Dressing
Instructions

In a bowl, combine all of the dressing ingredients and whisk to combine. Season with salt to taste.

Toss the cucumbers, grapes and tomatoes in a bowl with a few drizzles of the dressing until well coated but not so much that they are swimming in the dressing. Chill or serve immediately.

Is that 2 cups of grapes, 2 cups of tomatoes, 2 cups cucumbers? I haven't tried it yet but looks good.

It sounds very good but in the description is says it's a yogurt-based dressing but doesn't show any yogurt in the ingredients so is it supposed to include yogurt? And if it should then how much and what kind?
