Cobb Salad
"Cobb Salad is full of delicious ingredients including several lettuces, bacon, chicken breast, hard boiled eggs, tomato, chives, and blue cheese. The salad is assembled by combining the lettuces and layering the other ingredients in rows on top. Cobb Salad is traditionally served with the restaurant’s house-made “French” dressing. This is not the orange French dressing that you purchase from the grocery store, but rather a red wine vinaigrette. The key to the presentation of this salad is the signature rows of ingredients on top of the lettuces. "
