Warm Bacon Dressing

Warm Bacon Dressing


  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbls. brown sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbls grated onion


Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and onion to about 2 Tbls. of the drippings. Add crumbled bacon, heat thoroughly. Toss with greens. Also good over shredded cabbage.
