Rice with cheese and broccoli is one of my favorite quick dishes. I'll sometimes add some ground beef or diced chicken to the dish (and, yes, I'll often sprinkle crumbled bacon on top) This is a really good recipe. I had forgotten about using chicken broth to boil to the rice to add extra flavor, and the onion and garlic are tasty touches as well. Definitely a recipe to keep at hand. Thanks for posting this!
