This savory main course is healthy and lean, and it becomes so surprisingly tender! I have had bad luck in the past when roasting this inexpensive cut of meat in the oven, as it ends up getting too dried out. When you pressure cook it in this sauce, it gets infused with great flavor while remaining succulent and moist!
