Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the pork with the lemon pepper seasoning.

  2. Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.

  3. Stir the soup, milk and mustard in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Sprinkle with the parsley.
