These pork chops sound so good and I completely agree...there's nothing quite like the heavenly aroma of pork cooking. Is the purpose of the brown sugar to make a glaze or does it just add to the flavor? And this may be a weird question, but why do you need to put the pork chops in the oven after they've been cooked on the stove, won't it make them dry at such a high heat? Well, maybe not...now that I think about it, it's only in the oven for a short time. Any suggestions for sides?

I love pork chops, and this Garlic Herb Brown Sugar Pork Chop recipe has taken my enjoyment of them to a whole new high. The simplicity of the ingredients, and preparation of this recipe makes it a must for your dinner recipe rotation. The flavor combination is absolutely out of this world. I served them with oven roasted potatoes and a tossed green salad. My family said to keep this recipe on the top of the list.
