Pork chops are everyone's favorite. Men, women, children, they love pork chops. This Garlic Herb recipe looks so yummy. The spices and the herbs have enhanced the taste and appeal of this recipe. I can't wait to try this.

These pork chops sound so good and I completely agree...there's nothing quite like the heavenly aroma of pork cooking. Is the purpose of the brown sugar to make a glaze or does it just add to the flavor? And this may be a weird question, but why do you need to put the pork chops in the oven after they've been cooked on the stove, won't it make them dry at such a high heat? Well, maybe that I think about it, it's only in the oven for a short time. Any suggestions for sides?

I love pork chops, and this Garlic Herb Brown Sugar Pork Chop recipe has taken my enjoyment of them to a whole new high. The simplicity of the ingredients, and preparation of this recipe makes it a must for your dinner recipe rotation. The flavor combination is absolutely out of this world. I served them with oven roasted potatoes and a tossed green salad. My family said to keep this recipe on the top of the list.
