Grilled BBQ Pizza

You'll have dinner on the table in a jiffy with this great recipe for Grilled BBQ Pizza! Crispy crust and sweet and smoky barbecued pork are a match made in pizza heaven, so if you haven't tried making your own BBQ pizza yet, now's the time! Fire up the grill and follow this simple barbecue pizza recipe to create a delicious grilled masterpiece for your family.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
  • 16 ounces BBQ sauce
  • 4 large prepared pizza crusts
  • 1 large green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 1 bag shredded colby jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Heat BBQ tray according to package instructions.

  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  4. Assemble pizzas by spreading equal parts BBQ sauce, BBQ Pork, sliced red onions, diced green bell peppers and cheese on each.

  5. Place pizzas on grill and cook with lid closed for 10-12 minutes. Check periodically to ensure even cooking among all pizzas.
