I saw tequila and had to have a look. Oh my goodness what a delicious looking meal. I have to make it. It is so simple too. I like using cream in cooking so I'm looking forward to that. I wonder if I would add in a bit more tequila as I am not sure if you are going to taste it in such a small amount and I would like that flavor to come through. I will definitely be trying it and experimenting.

The closest California Pizza Kitchen to me is a good three hours away, so I'm quite glad to have this recipe. It's a bit on the involved side, but not difficult at all to cook. I love Mexican food, and this is an excellent Mexican-flavored pasta dish. I'm looking forward to assembling the ingredients and making this. It'll be a nice change from our usual recipes that we make with chicken and pasta.

There aren't a whole lot of Mexican inspired pasta dishes out there, but this one is delicious, and a great fresh change of pace from regular chicken fettuccini alfredo. I might use that pink tomato flavored linguini in this, and top it with some crumbled queso fresco! I love the bright colors of the peppers - it sort of reminds me of a the Mexican flag!

Wow but this Chicken Tequila Fettuccine is fit for royalty! Besides being truly delicious I particularly love that it made entirely from ordinary ingredients, no pre packaged or canned ingredients at all. Do not be put off by the list of ingredients, it really is very simple and easy to make and the end result is a dish is lipsmackingly good.
