  • 6 cups cold water
  • mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions

Combine Tamarind Puree and sugar in a pitcher; stir. Add water; stir. Yield: 2 quarts (serving size: 1 cup). Serve over ice. Garnish with mint, if desired.
