The sweet and slightly tart and spicy layers of flavor of the marinade infuse the steak in a way that is indescribably delicious. Served with some great steak fries, and of course, a pitcher of Margaritas, this recipe will be the hit of your bar b que season this year. Just a note...it's a great idea for Father's Day.

The citrus elements in this marinade give a wonderfully fresh and bright flavor, while also helping to tenderize the meat! I'd probably even do a double batch of these steaks and serve one immediately, and use the leftover meat the next day to make some killer tacos! I think that this marinade would be excellent for grilling chicken breast cutlets as well!
