I know my Italian ancestors might not approve, but these Meatball Lasagna rollups are great. It gives you all the great flavor of Lasagna, and is so much easier to prepare. I love it for a pot luck, or buffet style dinner party because each roll up is a portion, making it so easy to serve. Give this recipe a try, you will be glad you did.

Compared to a traditional lasagna recipe, this roll-up recipe would be much easier to make!
