Masala Dosa and Plain Dosa Recipe
"Dosa is an authentic south indian dish. Made with rice and potatoes. It is very crispy from outside and filled with potatoes masala. Masala dosa is filled with potato masala which is made of potatoes, onion, and indian spices. Whereas plain dosa is not filled with any masala or filling. It is just a plain dosa. It is very healthy food with very less oil. It is best served with sambar (it is made with lentils and vegetables)."
