No summer would be complete without some grilled chicken. If you're looking to spice up your standard grilled dinner (literally), this recipe for Spicy Grilled Chicken Recipe is a great choice. A combination of picante sauce and tangy BBQ sauce makes for a perfect, spicy coating for this grilled chicken. This meal is a breeze to make. Even with the rice side included, it only requires five ingredients. It's hard to find so much flavor with such little hassle. If you're looking for more to your meal, though, it's incredibly easy to pair grilled or fresh veggies or any other BBQ-friendly sides you can think of.

NotesServe with grilled zucchini and sliced ripe tomatoes topped with chopped fresh basil. For dessert serve pineapple chunks.
