"Kielbasa Bacon Bombs will be the hit of your grilling season and into football season as well for a tailgate party. A cheese stuffed kielbasa wrapped in bacon then grilled will is a sure winner! The idea for this recipe actually was inspired by seeing a recipe video for a potato. I decided to change it up and create this yummy cheese stuffed grilled meat creation. Staying true to my Pittsburgh roots, I decided to use a kielbasa. The results were amazing!"

This is a great idea! We do a lot of grilling in the summer, and kielbasa is one of the things we'll cook on a regular basis. We usually also will grill bacon, and we always use a grill mat (like a Yoshi mat) when we cook, just to prevent flare-ups if the bacon grease drips. I'm definitely going to try this out this summer since it's another thing to wrap in bacon. We already do bacon-wrapped burgers, so this is right up our grilling alley.
