I made these on my 3 day Memorial Day weekend, but I did not take them to the potluck! I kept them for myself and my family! It takes some time to make yeast pretzels, but it was such a treat! And they only cost a fraction of the cost to make them compared to buying them at the mall or some place! The beer isn't in the list of ingredients, but when you read the directions, you see it says 6 oz of beer. The type of beer you use can affect the flavor, so think about that when choosing a beer for this. I used a regional beer made in one of the US's oldest family breweries, 180 years, in Pottsville, PA, not far from OH where I live. I like to support the family breweries!
