Homemade Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango or any kind of frozen soft fruits you have, or frozen berries
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

In blender mix fruits, vanilla with ½ cup of whipping cream. Blend until it’s hard to blend and then add a little bit more cream to loosen it up.

Blend until the ice cream is very smooth. Then transfer it to air tight container and freeze for at least 25 minutes.

If you like your ice-cream soft freeze it for 25 minutes, if you like your ice-cream more frozen freeze it until it gets to desired consistency.

Can I use another fruit besides mango and banana? My daughter is allergic to both. I have seen ice cream recipes out there that call for Cool Whip, but I think you have to use something else with the ingredients. I guess a yogurt might work for this idea, but I am not sure how the consistency would come out.
