Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) can dark sweet cherries, pitted
- 1 (3-ounce) package cherry Jello
- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Drain cherry juice. Bring 3/4 cup of the juice to a boil; add to a large bowl along with the Jello. Stir until dissolved. Stir in Coca Cola and lemon juice. Chill until Jello mounds slightly.
- Cut cheese into very small pieces. Fold cheese, nuts and whole cherries into Jello mixture. Spoon into 7 individual dishes and chill until firm.
