Solidteknics is redefining the stainless steel cookware with their nöni line of seamless pans. The incredibly durable, well-constructed pans are induction-friendly and heat wonderfully. The 1.75 qt capacity, stainless steel saute pan is sure to quickly become a favorite pan in the kitchen.

Immediately upon laying eyes on this pan, you can tell it is different than the stainless steel you are used to using. It is completely rivet-less and seamless. This means there are less crevices for food to get into, and less parts that could break down. It is actually the first of its kind!

I found this pan heated up quickly, unlike some cast iron pans that can take a while. The heat was simple to control and adjust accordingly without the pan getting too hot. It browns onions and meat wonderfully, to make flavorful dishes. The small saute pan is ideal for making sauces, small sides, heating leftovers, soup, and more. Plus, the rimmed edge makes transferring ingredients simple and mess-free.

The long, steel handle stays relatively cool to the touch as the pan heats up. The thoughtful construction disperses weight and heat. The end has a special hanging loop shaped like the United States. This gives the pan added fun and flair.

This saute pan is meant to last, unlike multi-layer pans that break down over time due to the layered construction. The one-piece design ensures the handle never loosens and food never lodges in unwanted spots. This is truly a pan that can be passed generation to generation!
