The pots and pans are crafted with a durable steel that can be used in high heat without worry. This 11-piece set includes a 6-QT Covered Stock Pot, 3-QT Covered Saucepan, 10" Skillet, 1.5-QT. Covered Saucepan, 2-QT Covered Saucepan, 8.5" Skillet, and a spatula.
The construction of each pot and pan is designed for quick and even heating. The steel does an excellent job browning and sauteing food. The durable steel can even go in ovens up to 500 degrees F. It is also equipped to be used on induction cooktops.
Handles are important when it comes to cookware and I absolutely love the handles on these pans. They have a divet to put your thumb and really get a good grip. This makes lifting a full pan of food much easier.
The two pans I most frequently reach for are the 3-qt covered saucepan and the 10" skillet. The saucepan is my new "use it for everything" pan. The size and shape makes it perfect for heating leftovers, making side dishes, simmering sauces, and so much more. The skillet is great for browning meats and making breakfast recipes.
The set comes with four tempered-glass lids to help control how your food cooks. They fit nice and snuggly so you don't need to worry about heat escaping. The tempered-design means they won't shatter or crack while you heat food.
Stainless steel cookware like this is almost never dishwasher safe, but this set can go right into the dishwasher without worry. This is quite helpful when it comes time to clean up after a dinner party. No more soaking pans overnight!
This set is both practical and fun. I love that there is an Ayesha Curry spatula included. While not cookware, it is certainly an important part of cooking. This one has a silicone head patterned with Ayesha's signature hearts. This completes the set and makes it an even more perfect gift for those you hold near and dear.
