"This Fish with Creamy Lemon-Garlic Sauce is what simple and delicious food is all about. We’re talking a ton of flavors, easy to make, and all done in about 20 minutes. Serve it next to some roasted potatoes, a garden salad, and a bottle of Spanish white wine from Alicante for a great meal. To make this recipe, I used fish fillets I bought frozen and thawed out. You can also use fresh fish here if you prefer. I used cod, but you can use any other type of firm white fish. Such as tilapia, halibut, or hake, which is known as merluza in Spain."
