    Buffalo chicken dip is a great appetizer to serve with chips. For a less spicy version, try Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip. The ranch dressing cools things down a bit so those who can't handle the heat can still enjoy the deliciousness of buffalo chicken dip. This recipe makes a large 9 x 13 inch pan, so you'll have a lot of dip. It will go fast, though, when you bring it out, so make sure you grab some early!

    Oh. Wow. What's this Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip? I've read the recipe and it looks very yummy to do. Well, same with Lynn K, some of the ingredients are not available where I am but I will substitute them with the closest ingredients available. This is how a lover of buffalo wings will enjoy more of it by making it into a dip. Awesome.

    Some of the branded ingredients are not available here in South Africa (eg Paul Prudhomme poultry seasoning, Pam non stick spray etc) so we needed to be a little inventive but it was not too difficult. We also replaced the Ranch dressing with a local version that is a little hotter and the whole dish was absolutely delicious! On tortilla chips it was really very good and I even wrapped a little of it in a tortilla the next day. Yummm!

    My daughter loves buffalo chicken dip, but until now all I ever see is kinds that call for bleu cheese and I hate bleu cheese. This calls for cheddar and I love cheddar. I am really looking forward to trying out this recipe. It makes a big pan. It will be great for dip as a meal day.
