Can I use a ricotta cheese or a cream cheese instead of the sour cream? I am not sure I will like it with the raspberry. I like that your dessert is very light and fluffy. It will be a great party item to have for summer parties when I want to avoid the heavy desserts that may not sit well on everyone's stomachs in the heat.
