Who says you have to stop making pumpkin desserts after Thanksgiving? I want to make them all the way til Christmas, and maybe even New Year's. I love pumpkin. It is good for you and pumpkin pie has a lot less calories than a cherry or apple pie. Plus, you make fall last a little longer if you make pumpkin recipes the whole season.
