Panna cotta is such a simple dish that both the flavor and the texture have to be spot on. Now a days, panna cotta is extremely easy and quick to prepare. It can be prepared less than 15 minutes and the ingredients are really available at super markets. Yet it is rather inexpensive and a delightful rich and fancy dessert"

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango puree (Ripe mango pieces)
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 10 grams China grass
  • 1 cup Milk
  1. Cut the mango to small pieces, add sugar, and grind the mixture to a smooth paste.

  2. Soak the china grass in the water for 1 hour. Then boil one cup of water and add the soaked china grass to it and stir it until it is fully dissolved

  3. Boil mango puree in medium heat and pour it into a cup or small pan

  4. Add china grass and half tin condensed milk to mango muree and mix well

  5. Allow the mixture to cool sightly and pour mango puree to the glass as upto the edges. Keep the glasses at an angle as per below drawing, so that the mango puree will be as per below picture. Now refrigerate the mixture in the same position until it is set of 2 hours

  6. Now let us make the second layer. Please continue the below steps Boil one cup of milk in a sauce pan and add sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the sauce pan from the stove and let it cool slightly.
