I love the combination of chocolate and raspberry, and with Valentine's Day fast approaching, it's the perfect opportunity to try baking these delicious cupcakes! They look simple enough to make, and even though my piping skills aren't very good, I think they'd be a great dessert or treat! You could sprinkle red and white sugar on top or even a conversation heart instead of the chocolate hearts too!
